broken rpm wheel

i'm not really sure where to put this thread but anyways how does it work to exchange a product with rpm. i heard that their products have a lifetime warranty and i would like to replace a wheel. do i need to call them and let them know whats wrong, and how whould i get ahold of them.

hey thanks, might have to give them a call tomorrow. but i really want to get my car working so i might have to spen the $15 bucks to get two new ones.

No problem I know the feeling of the waiting lol If anything you can always send them in and have an extra set waiting for you if you break another one

All i did was send in my broken part, with a note explaining how i broke it. Within about a week i had a brand new part waiting for me at my door, free of charge. Gotta love that, no questions asked or anything!

yeah, having extra wheels on hand won't be a bad idea. i also have a broken t-maxx a-arm i can send in so it will be worth my time. thanks for the help guys.
