Had a bit of a crash with my jato a while back, (probably should make sure your servo saver is tight enough before running full out) and broke my aluminum tie rod and shock. Anyone have a spare of either laying around I could pick up for cheap? It'd be nice to not have to buy a full new set if I can avoid it.

And my hyper 7 was doing the way rich way lean way hot "I have an air leak" thing. I started taking things apart and found this:

Probably my issue right?
Are these all a standard size? Any particular brand make a better one?

Thanks.

You can get replacements from ebay for cheap, you could probably get a whole set of shocks cheaper than rebuilding that one. As far as the turnbuckle, I've heard the stock ones are stronger than the red aluminum ones. You can get those on ebay real cheap as well, or you could go indestructible and get the Lunsford titanium ones.

+1 on the Lunsford Titanium. I'd go with a set of the Traxxas GTR shocks. They perform a bit better than stock on my Revo which uses the same shock.
