Well i just bought the siro 18. Burnt up the 2.5. So I firgured I would ask the people that know. How should I break it in. Right now I'm leaning torward the heat cycling thing. You know the way. I was told to do that for like three tanks and start at like 150 degrees and work my way up just looking for suggestions. Thanks for all advice in advance

I think you should stick w/ the 2.5 and just rebuild it w/ sirio piston and sleeve. MUCH MUCH better than the sirio 18. You Then would have a Sirio 2.5!! But if you want to stick w/ the 18, you will want to do the heat cycling. follow the instructions on the link to the Period. you will have the best sirio out there!
Good Luck!

Well I already bought the sirio and I ordered the sirio piston and sleeve for the 2.5. I figure it will be a good backup engine when the 18 decides it needs to be rebuilt. I got a good deal on the sirio so I figure what the hell. Besides I got the money now and I'm fixing to be unemployed so lets buy the parts while I can. So I can enjoy it while I'm not workiing
