I took my 3.3 out to break it in and only got the first tank through before the weather went foul. i pulled it to work on my ez starter and i noticed the flywheel spins easily. so I'm wondering should i only do two more tanks or the required 5

I wouldn't take any shortcuts. Does your flywheel easily spin completely--360 degrees? If so that is bad news. You should have resistance at Top Dead Center.

it had so much i broke the pullstarter when i first started it

yes but it may feel soft to me. i was just wondering. its right now where to turn it by hand i hand to have the engine in my hand. to turn it over on the chassis its so hard that i have scratched the flywheel up

I'm probly just a little cautious cause my last motor burnt up in under a gallon

I have two gallons through my .26 in my LST and still can not spin it 360 degrees by hand. I don't know buddy...

What do you think, Ralph (or Lessen or olds...)?

i can spin all of my engines by hand so its just me i bet. still it got alot of compression at TDC i thinks its fine. like i said i can spin it by hand i just think that I'm way over cautious

yeah i had the motor in my hand so i had probly 3 times the tourqe you had in the chassis. i can barely turn it over in the chassis. thats why my flywheel is all scratched up

i will. the guy at my Lhs said joking "ill be seeing you for parts more often". and he sugested i break this thing in on a stand with a fan
