brakes issue.

i just cannot overcome this problem. i have upgraded my savage to stainless steel disk brakes. Now the problem is that when ever i hit the brakes one of the screw holding the disk and the pads to the transmission lossen up.
i tried to replace it with new screw but still the problem exsist. With this i have damaged 2 pairs of disc and ripped off the gasket on the pads. i have also lost the brake cam and the piston.
how do i solve this problem.

Sounds like you stripped the screw hole, the fiber brakes are 10X better than the metal ones. Can you say brake fade?
Anyways you need to CA the screw into the hole and hope it holds. If not buy a new tranny case.

It's amazing how few threads are really there to hold those brake bolts on considering the stress we put brakes through. Definitely sounds like the holes (or hole) are stripped on you. If you do get a new case, CA the screws when you install them to help avoid this in the future.
