1. I have the Dual Stainless set and they make a hell of alot of noise and are wobbely. normal?

2. Is the fiberglass dual brake kit better?

1. Normal, mines are loud to, constantly, and wobbly, that's how it suppose to be.
2. I don't think so, but I'm not sure. I'd like to hear answer to this one too.

1. yeah mine r loud to but they wear in a bit afta a while and get quieter or ya just get used to it
2.my opinion is that they are hopless wen i had my x the first proper run i had afta break-in i wasn't even drivn for 5 min and both discs were shatterd
then wen i got my xl i had a set of stainless steel ones to install but thought i would just use fibre glass ones till they break and sure enough first run again about 10 min drivn and both were shatterd again absolute poop house i recon

I've been using the HPI dual pink ones that come off the XL I think. Been running them for probably a year or longer. They have held up great and after they wear in a bit, they bite pretty consistent. They won't give you endo's like the dual steel disks do, but they don't make noise and hang on you when they wear a bit on the hex.

I've had 21 stock brakes, HPI dual disk metal and HPI XL pink dual disk. Out of the 3, I like the 3rd the most.

To be honest I don't see why people complain about the stock brakes, all I did was upgrade to a hump pack battery and now she goes head over @ss at anything more than 75% brake, all linkages and servos are stock as well.

I love the steels, had two sets over 10gal of fuel and they are holding on minty. Just need to keep an eye on them and make sure they don't come loose, and change the pads before metal on metal kills them.
