Anyone in here have these? I just ordered up a set of the 552's and a Stand thingy. I saw the commercial on tv and thought they looked really kick ass. (Then had a Dr's apt yesterday and saw I didnt lose as much weight as I thought, so I figured I should probably start excersizing). I can't wait to get them! They told me it will take up to 3-4 weeks to get them because there a hot item right now.. Anyway, just thought Id see what ya guys thought of them or if any of you had them.

Heres a link to them.

I have looked into some versions of these weights and it seems like a great Idea... i only go to play with them in the store but as far as having every dumbell you need from 5-50 lbs is a great idea. I still have been toying with the idea of getting a set..... let us know how you do with them....

They are good....but they ahve the same problem any home excerise has....commitment

When your at home its kinda hard to just drop what your doing to jump on a machine and then be easily destracted. Where as when I hit the gym....I'm there to work out and can be focused.

Also...look into getting some whey protein powder to mix up. 16oz last me all day. Little in the mourning, little after workouts and finish it up at bed time. It's REALLY important to feed your muscles protein after working them or you can actually lose muscle.

I perfer Muscle Milk or ON Whey Isolates.....they taste good and are good for you.

They are nice if space is an issue. They can be kinda bulky for certain excercises though. If space wasn't an issue a full set of dumbells and rack would be the way to go.
