I somehow got talked into doing a business trip through Louisiana. So if you see a silver blur in that part of the country it's just little ole me trying to get this thing over and done. I hope that Alpine has recharged his taser if catches me. My battery's a bit low today.:D:D:D

yea post this up when we have a resident state trooper in our ranks. I'm sure he will be watching for you now!

What part of our beautiful swamp will you be in? The state boys seem to be on a mission in my area lately, I cross a couple of them every night on my way home. one of them introduced himself to me two Fridays ago...now I'm rolling with a ticket stub :(

yeah, they have been pretty thick lately, especially in the Whiskey Bay area.

I didn't mention where I was going to be on purpose. If Alpine could catch me (he didn't), he could have tazed me. I had to pick up some oil samples for a research lab here in the San Antonio area. So, I ran through the eastern edge of the Bayou State, St Charles, Ft. Polk and Shreveport. I do have a question about the drivers in Louisiana. Do all the people there like to play chicken with the emergency vehicles running lights and siren?

And by the way, just to keep things on the up and up, I did do the speed limit (for once) to keep the chance of an encounter with Alpine's brothers in arms at bay.

That would be west homie. lol And you were just in NORTH Louisiana. Thats not real LA, You dont hit real LA until you get south of Highway 10. Its like the Louisiana Mason Dixon line. HA

No wonder I thought the sun was setting at 8 in the morning. And here I thought Baton Rouge was a suburb of Houston.....
