body shells????

i bought a 2nd hand kyosho gx12 car off a friend and it came with a merc touring body shell 1/10 and on ebay i bought a nissan skyline 1/10 shell dont know what make or anything because i got it from ebay but its not really a 100% fit so are there certing shells for difo cars?

With on-road touring cars, bodies are pretty much interchangeable. Just make sure you get the right size. Typically, nitro cars use 200mm bodies while electric cars use 190mm bodies. Then just punch the body post holes wherever they need be for your chassis.

so i prob just made a **** up on my shell i bought haha do you know of any good websites where i could buy clear shells from.

and i thought it was all going to be so easy.

if u wanna do it urself drill holes dor the pivots and clips

I've just bought a clear shell,I'm waiting for it to arrive so it should make it eassier to match up the pivots then the prepainted shell.
