On a hummer h2 pickup going on a savage stock fuel tank location. Where do you reccomend cutting your engine head acess and fuel tank acsess holes? For cooling I'm going to cut a 4x3 rectangle in the windshield (3 holes up, 4 holes across), and for pull start I'm cutting out the back window.

I never cut out my fuel access holes. I always take my lid off. I think they look better without them. On my hummer body I had to take the lid off too, I didnt have a spot to put one, and didnt have any probs without it. Id skip it. Looks better (IMO) anyway

If u going to bash it, the body will get messed up anyway so looks go's out the window.

Cuting the window out with decline the integrety of the body wouldnt it?
