hello,
just got my savage x 4.6 today which fuel is best I received blue thunder break in fuel any help.

Don't use it. Break the engine in on the fuel you plan to use all the time. Blue Thunder is one of the worst performing fuels on the market.
Trinity, O'Donnell's, Sidewinder race or Byron's Race fuel. Pick one of those in a 20% blend and stay with it.

not to start an argument but, I've been using blue thunder in my rtr vehicles for a couple years with no problems, i dont suggest the break in fuel though, theres no need for it, just run the engine rich during break in

Ya, same when i first got my savage i used the bluethunder and did the breakin with it but then switched to SIDEWINDER i got better performance..easier to tune with also

i like to use Trinity Monster Horsepower 20%. its a good fuel. just my .02

Also, I'm not sure if it'll affect everyone, but after awhile Blue Thunder leaves little green stuff in your exhaust and piston.

Break the engine in with the same fuel you plan on using to run it afterwards.
