Looks popped to me.

You can pick them up at any auto parts store or wally world. Take the old one with you so you get the proper amp rating.
 
Looks blown. Rob hit it right on. To be for sure if you do not see the wire from end to end then use a Multimeter and use the continuity function. It should beep constantly. If not then there is an open meaning the fuse is blown.
