Tonite I blew a lower conrod bushing in my RG.....it just split into 4-5 parts...
WTF...I have the crappiest luck...it looks like a little dirt got in the piston and did a little damage....F*#K $H!T...RASSAFRACKINFUSSLEPABBLE!!!!!!!

Dude, that sucks. But hey when I'm down there and we go to Spearmint Rhino, make sure you walk about 10 or 15 feet in front or behind me, I don't want any of your bad luck rubbing on me! :jk:

Seriously though, did the filter fall off or something while you were running it? Haven't seen a bushing go like that before. I snapped a con rod from running too lean.

I caught it before it really trashed the mill so I might just be able to change teh conrod and be done....I can still turn the mill by hand so it's not totally screwed....anyway I have another one but now I'm wondering if I should have this one modded by a local guy who does em...I hear he makes the RG run like a Bastard for reasonable price on labor....he said t's real easy for him to make a mill w/ good bottom end go ridiculous fast...but he can't make a fast mill have more bottom end.....I dunno the guy's name is Maxy...he makes Maxy's fuel.......

Check the con rod, see that little hole that goes to the bushing, I destroyed a bushing a while back and I took it to my lhs guy and he grabbed a needle and pushed it through the little hole and all this black crap came out. He told me that it clogged and that was why my bushing failed. just my :2cents:

Yeah if that get clogged your screwed..that's the only way for the oil to get to that bushing.......I didn't tear everything down conpletely yet but I could see a single scratch in the sleeve.....My crank still turns over on the box and by hand but it feels like it's hydralocked, so I'm hoping I can just pinch it and replace the conrod for a back up mill....
