Well, I flew the crap out of the MSRx today. I also found out that I need a new mainboard, it'll fly fine all day long....until you go full throttle, then it locks the main blades and drops. I must have bad luck, this is my second heli that's had the main board go out right after purchase. Other than that though, I really like it, I've put about 16 packs through it today and had 3 crashes (all from the blades locking). It was pretty windy today, and I was having a blast with it, it handles the wind like a champ.

I also found out why my Nano has been so hard to fly lately, my swashplate was broken. Apparently one of my many crashes broke one of the tabs and the swashplate is pretty vital to a heli.

Was beating the mCX. mSR and mQX today on Phoenix today. Sims are great since I don't think I could afford to replace all the parts I broke on the sim this afternoon.

Horizon Hobby has once again surprised me with outstanding customer service. They were supposed to be sending me a replacement board for my MSRx, when I got home today there was a decent sized box by my door, they sent me a new RTF MSRx. You really have to like a company that will do something like that, I would've been happily surprised to see a BNF, but a RTF truly shocked me.

Well, I've been flying the crap out of the MSRx. I really recommend it for someone wanting to make the jump from coax. I am also pretty sure my first MSRx, the one with the "bad board", really only needs a new motor. I'm gonna grab a spare motor, and hopefully have a second one RTF. Now all I have to do is get it to England, I kept this one so I have something to mess with, hopefully I can get it on the flight. I've read that I need to have my batteries in my carry-on, I really hope they don't make me trash my batteries being as I have 7 with it.
