This is the technology they have released to the public......the boys in the big chairs upstairs can SEE it ALL....in real time......so the fact the coppers are just getting around to letting you know they are scanning license plates is of no surprise.

Heck where I live they send you camera tickets in the mail........why not just take the money right out of your account while they are at it...

It's probably just a matter of time. I guess it's because we still have a right to protest it.
