Big block in a tc3!!

I just wanted to see if anyone else has done this. I took a .26 i had in my dirt demon and and went and bought a rtr tc3 just for it.

I'm having body clearance issues...........i need and suv body but can't find a 1/10 one. can anyone help?

i should have it finished this weekend.

So the motor is on the car and you're just having body clearance issues? If you're just having body issues, cut the body out!

I know a guy who put a .21 in a RS4 and clocked it at 95 mph. He couldn't control the damn thing though. And, he was breaking a lot of drivetrain stuff. Be ready for that.

A large engine wont make the car go any faster. The raw power will only give it the possibility of getting up to speed quicker.

RPM and gearing are the 2 main issues for creating speed.

fast eddy is right. the only place the .21 comes in handy is if you want to run a really really tall gear and you need all the torque it has to spin those gears and get the car rolling. otherwise a small block would be best for top end because they ahve way more RPM ... i did have a .21 in my supernitro though , it was fun.

It wasn't a stock RS4 that he just threw a motor on. I don't know what gear ratios he had, but he had something pretty tall I imagine.

nah I'm having clearance problems with the exhaust. i need a crazy header to put the muffler on the side of the car. right now its goin right out the middle of the car in the back. ill post some pics this week. how do i do that??? lol

i just want torq!!! i just want tire burnin fun!!! plus i figured y not.

If you still need an SUV body, I'm pretty sure Proline has a Mercedes ML-class body.

Rubber capped tires and a VW bug body with a hole in it to let the pipe hang out the back..

ok well this was way to fast. i mean in like 6 tanks of gas i have no tread left. i was leaving about 5 feet of rubber in my driveway. very very fun though. i might do it again, but for now its goin back stock.


it would do donuts like it was a helicopter.
