Just ordered this for my .26 max since it stretches and breaks the springs on a normal style clutch no matter what brand. Some say the MIP clutch works fine with the .26, well mine eats the springs for breakfast. Anyways, anyone using this or one like it, I found one post on here about it but he didn't really post any results besides it works really well on the first run with it. Seems like it should hold up much better.

I have seen it before but I went with the tried and true 3 shoe set-up for mine. Also by HotRacing. It works great so far. As long as the spring holds up it should be good.

Yeah the spring is the only part I was worried about but since it is contained and not just wrapped around the outside, I think it should be ok. If not I will go with a 3 shoe with individual springs.

I've had a clutch like that for years except made by Fioroni. I've had no issues with it. Right now it's mated to an RB ST28 but I havn't run the mill yet.

i have that same clutch on a mbx5-t with a vspec speed motor. no problems for me.

I have a 4-shoe Sportwerks clutch on mine with the same engine and have no problems.

If your having clutch issues from a powerful engine you probably need to get a vented flywheel aswell as a vented clutchbell for maximum clutch cooling..The clutch and flywheel in my Ofna.32 Mutilator Pro is very strong and tough....I find the clutches heat-up and wear/fail faster when you arent rolling smootly on the throttle and drive with a fast idle to rev back and forth snap that makes the engine sound crispy ,fast and the midrange powerbursts are insane with the front end bobbing up and down crazily but all this comes at a price

Glad to hear some have run this with no problems. Thanks everyone, should be here any day.

Holy crap it took like 3 weeks to get the damn clutch in. I will never order from that site again. Anyways, the clutch is awesome so far. It engages so nice now, I can actually drive the revo slow if I want to now. Only problem is that after about 2 hours I was climbing some sand hills full throttle and my input gear in the tranny said bye bye. Probrably because I keep my slipper pretty tight. Just means I need stronger gears:) Then probrably stronger axles:) I think they will go next with metal gears in the tranny.

Just got mine in yesterday from Hot Racing. Only waited 3 days.
Pretty cool looking design,

I will test it out today.
Wonder if anybody knew if they have a large flywheel version for use with a bump start.
