I use the same exact method as Ratzo. I've found that even if I scuff up the surfaces to painted the paint may still flake off in certain areas if you bash your body up really bad. Some extra pointers:
- Paint in very light coats. A heavy coat may increase your chances of flaking.
- Flake offs are like battle scars, chicks dig 'em.
- When applying window decals trim out the center clear portion of the window and just apply the frame. This will results in the clearest most realistic windows possible.

When you are trimming, make sure you make every point is rounded. (ie, exhaust hole). If you do this, it greatly lowers the chance of the body ripping where the 2 lines would intersect if you didnt round the egde. Know what i mean? its hard to explain.
Also, when you are cutting the mask, dont press very hard. Experiment on how hard you need to press on different areas. About all the pressure you need is your drag, not much more.
Gotya. Everyone is and allways has been a great help to me here .. I need to just make RCNitro talk my permanent HOME.:worship:
