Hi, I just spent about 3 hours pulling apart my Nitro RC car and I was just wondering what is the best way to clean the plastic parts and the metal parts?
Thanks for the help

i use elbow greese and some household cleaning products... just what ever we have at the time :)

i use wd 40 and some nitro clean, but i usually dont get my truck to dirty, has to look good for the shelf!

zep industrial cleaner and elbow grease. my uncle tears down his rigs and throws the plastic and metal parts in his dishwasher.

i tried WD40 and it will leave your rig looking brand new BUT it does leave a thin layer of oil over everything.... didnt really like that so i dont use it anymore... BUT to answer your question YES WD40 is fine to use and will leave plasti parts looking brand new
