I currently have a dented AliExpress exhaust for my FG mardertruck:

I guess that at this point any change will be considered an upgrade lol

I found the following exhausts, which will basically produce most power for a 26cc? Preferably near low RPM.

If you say one of these exhausts is really worth it, but for a higher displacement engine like 34cc, I can still buy it. I'm planning to buy a 34cc, in such case I'll put it in the FG.

For quiet running id say #5. For best performance i agree with the no name. Loook at videos on dirtbike expansion chambers. It'll tell you about pipes and making power.

Your dented pipe may be fixable. Fill it with water and put it in the freezer. As the water turns ot ice it expands pushing the dent out. It works on nitro exhaust, should on yhese.

Will the difference in power be really noticeable between #5 and #3? Noise is indeed a great factor, thanks for reminding me, as I'd love to just stick in the most powerful pipe and call it a day, but I've enough complaints everywhere already🤣
The original FG pipe looks most attractive, and because of loudness for now I'm leaning towards it. I'll buy it this weekend

Pocket bikes have holes drilled in the end piece, and exhaust wrap material i think is fiberglass, and an outter metal tube. It's held on by a cotter pin. Maybe you can fab one up?

do you mean something like this? Making the blue line on the right the exhaust outlet? I'd rather not do that because the turned side output is, from what I understand, what makes it so quiet

I really have no knowledge which makes the best power out of these, but do know that quiet makes good neighbors, LOL.
I've had a few 2-stroke DB and wheelers growing up, what I've found is that the nice quiet stock exhaust usually produces the best low end response and the louder "race" exhaust will give better top end. Though unless I were actually racing I'd stick to the stock stuff. Growing up in the burbs it was nice being "unnoticed" while riding in places we weren't supposed to be.

Thanks all, I always somehow forget to end a thread but I went with the samba👍🏻👍🏻
I'll fix the FG up soon and try it out. I need to replace something, but I already started the engine with the pipe and it sounded great and had very good low end response.
