I have ran the following:
Stock blue pipe that has the stinger drilled out
2 chamber resonator drilled out
2 chamber resonator drilled out with the internal baffle removed (now single chamber resonator)
Trinity high flow without the stinger reducer
Fantom works

All of which with the traxxas spring mounted header with a slightly cut flange.

I really like the power of the trinity, but the noise is unbearable. I'd try putting the stinger reducer in to see if it helped with the noise, but I can't find it. The fantom is close to the same performance but may actually be louder. Stock and 2 chamber resonator really make power output suffer. Single chamber resonator is my compromise between power and noise.

Basically, I want the low end torque of the trinity with the sound of the drilled out resonator.

Anyone have any experience with anything else as a comparison? I've read the THS pipe is a good one, but haven't found much by way of people that ran it vs the trinity or what it's sound level is equivalent to. I have to care about loudness due to the places I have to run.

I heard from a few ppl that ran the THS pipe & they all seemed to like it, helped make good power & wasn't to loud. I will be getting one myself to put on the new O.S once I have it in & going. I haven't heard much about the Trinity pipe, maybe I should try one of them to, noise isn't a problem where I will be using my revo.

That THS pipe linked above is the one I was looking at getting, only in the polished version though, seems like a few people have used & liked it.

I've got a second hand one in good nick with a header tube to mount it as a side pipe & alloy bracket for mounting it, I'm in SA but could post it no probs.
It's anodized, not polished, with the side header it worked brilliantly.

How about the RD logics setup? I see they make it in single or duel tips. Sure would look cool havin smoke comin out dual tailpipes!!

Well that sucks! Wonder how the single stinger tip from rd logics then. they look pretty descent.

I love the Trinity, but it is LOUD! I think that the ERCM pipe would be a good one though.

Here's a stock 3.3 with 4 gallons of racing on it in a stock revo, maybe someone has a video with the THS pipe for comparison. The thing THS doesn't have is my warranty, I back my products 100% and I also guarantee you can't knock my stingers off.

I have a single outlet big block pipe from rd on my revo and it lacks a little backpressure.
I would go with ercm or ths.

Yeah, I've seen the ERCM pipe... too much bark for me.

Will look into the THS. Wish a few more peeps spoke up with comparisons. I don't mind spending a bit on it, but will suck if it performs like the drilled out resonator. Even worse if it's like the DC resonator...

Olds, take my word for it. I have had the one I linked you to over 4 years now and it's a night and day difference over the entire rpm range. I'd love to see you supporting ERCM though, but I have yet to spring the extra cash for one myself.

I don't really have an issue spending the $ if it's a worthy investment. But I've heard those pipes and they have a lot of bark to them which I already have too much of with the trinity/fantom pipes. If I had places to run that weren't so close to residential that I hit up fairly early in the morning due to lack of kids/people at that time of day, I'd give it a go just because of the vids I've seen with ERCM pipes!

Plus, I'm getting old and crotchety... the noise grates on me these days. lol

My wife bought me both the THS BB and THS SB high torque pipes for Christmas. Finally got a chance to run a tank through the SB pipe the other day. I want to say it puts out more power than the trinity without the stinger reducer and is quieter than the SC resonator drilled out. So, basically exactly what I wanted. Pulled wheelies pretty easily on pavement and ran really good otherwise.

Will try and do a side by side this spring when I have time to swap pipes in the field to see how they really do. Really felt like I gained a decent punch on the low side and was fairly quiet.
