Best Bodies

How did we get off the topic of R/C bodies to real cars? LOL... Just so funny... Anyway, the Stratus is supposedly the best handling body. It's just up to the driver and his way of driving. I can't seem to drive the Stratus body as good as my HPI M3 body. Don't know why, but that's just how I drive.

And yes, AE86, DC2, or the RSX DC5 is the chassis code. F-Body is for camaro/firebirds.

I've been using the Proline Crowd pleaser, it turns well, handles high speed runs. Our tracks very from 80 foot straights to 200 foot straights.

The vauxal (sp?) body seems to be becoming popular too.

How about instead of throwing 50 grand into car that run low 13s in the quarter. you spend 25 or 30 grand on a camaro Z28 or SS which comes in its latest year 2002 to run the quarter in just under 13, then take the money that you saved and throw it into the engine and some new tires so you can toast almost any car out there....for under 50 grand. no need to spend the money on a vette when you can pay much less for a car with the same engine...the only didfference is the cam shaft and the exhaust. if you want the best performance for the dollar. you go Z28 all the way....no M5's or anything like that, too expensive and would be destroyed by a Z with half the money into it. as a matter of fact, the M5 runs the 1/4 in 13.4.......you could buy a 3 year old SS to match that, for like an 1/8th of the money. i dont get your views at all. thats just my opinion anyway.

Front wheel drive rides are bomb! I have a 94 integra sleeper. I spent 11 grand on the engine and it almost down to High nines. I am running an SPOON turbo kit and using a crv block and a gsr head. Too bad I can't drift I would be really happy. but I do like the supra body. I don't need a racing body since I don't race my nitro car.

The Mustang S7 body has incredible down force and control for the rear. It's right up there with the Stratus.

I did hear the crow pleazer sedan was nice for racing!

Lumberg-Do u know where I can get the Mustang S7 body?

the rx-7 is not ROAR legal. you need a sedan style body...

team ... i think you can get them from towerhobbies.com

I was looking at the g35 and the altima as well. I am still looking for a good sedan body.Is the altima roar legal?

I checked Tower and they don't have the Saleen S7 200m Lid. Anyone else have any other suggestions?

pro line racing may have it. Anyone know of a 2nd or 3rd generation body integra..preferably 200mm?

I don't race so I can't say for excellent handling capabilities but I like several bodies I have for my NRS4-3SS. They are the BMX M Coupe, Dodge Viper, and Lanborghini Murcielago (which has headlights, fog lights, tail/brake lights). The viper is in my gallery.

Yeah I have the murcielago body on my rs4 3 as well. but that one became a basher after a while.I like the gts-r viper as oppose to the first released viper body. :w00t:

you guys are beating a dead horse, lol. Goto to any track, and national event, any major race. There are two bodies that handle so much better than everything else that out of 300 cars, u will see them on about 299 of the cars in the race.

- Proline Protoform Stratus 2.1

- Proline Protoform Accord coupe.

thats it. done.

Yeah that's pretty much what I see for racing not that I race but I do see the accord and stratus. I think I would go for the accord.

the stratus handles alot better than the accord. about 80% use the stratus, 19% accord, 1% other.
