its about that time for a new body. has anyone seen a good racing body for a 200mm

Where are you running? Everyone goes with the stratus bodies. It's the best handling body so far. As for me, I run a lot of bodies. Currently, I have the HPI Mazdaspeed RX7. It's a pretty good body, handles well and looks good.

alot of bodies look great, but nothing can compare to the proline stratus 2.1

if u want something different, i use a nissan silvia hpi body for bashing, and it handles really well

yes kwong - but u dont race - we are talking about racing bodies only. the supra looks great, but can't keep up with the proline stratus

If you want a killer handling body that also looks like you are hardcore, go with a gtp or lola 200mm. Check out the Yokomo bodies. I know I am partial to yokomo, but I believe that because of the material and the R&D that goes into the bodies that the stratus type c body is the best stratus out there. The gtp and lolas are down toward the bottom of the page. dont go by the prices on that link. they are srp

If you want to get into real cars owning other real cars BMW M5 owns all competition with quad cams and boasting 400rwhp it kills all and any gay ass fast and furious or 2 fast 2 furious stock p.o.s's

but anyways supras own stratus's, but if your going to get a body for racing then I would go with the HPI 2001 IMPREZA it is a four door so it meets ROAR specs right??supras own stratus's, but if your going to get a body for racing then I would go with the HPI 2001 IMPREZA it is a four door so it meets ROAR specs right??

Yeah and you can also mod a turbo supra and make like 500whp with stock turbos..and that's only putting like 2k in it

And you're comparing stock cars...you're dumb...stock posting...FIRED!!!

btw, i think an m5 costs way more than a supra so STFU!

yeah an m5 is way expensive, but wait a 1993 twin turbo supra cost's over 18k way to much money for me if I were to get any of the top 3 rwd cars it would definately be a 1991 300zx at 7g and 14sec on the 1/4 mile it's cheap and can own all with a rb26det so :worship: to me

well if you're talking about engine swaps, just get a 240sx and drop an rb26det in it...and it'd own them heavy 300zx's

true and the 240sx (s13-s14 silvia) has that lovely 48f and 52r weight distribution, best drifting car of all time besides the tomei S15 silvia.

Does any one know if a company will be producing a SCION XB or SCION XA body anytime soon, these cars are sick.

ae86 is the engine but you must be talking about the sprinter trueno yes these are excellent drifters because of there set up their dislike for the tarmac. IN america these are called corolla gt's. Another canidate many people think is the best drifter is the s2000 because it has perfect 50/50 weight dist, these are not good drifters because to be a good drifter you need more weight in the back. And front wheel drive can't drift I dont care what anyone says.

has anyone heard of a painting technique called: MARBALIZING I know that this is a technique for painting real 1/1 scale cars but is it an applicable painting technique for RC bodies or no because of you paint opposite than you do a real car
thanx

but there is an engine called an ae86 and I believe that the sprinter trueno has one, but I could be wrong. tell me where you are getting your info. because where I am getting mine from is my dad who is a mechanic and also sprotcompact car magazine, not gran turismo or txrzero
but I could be wrong just show me some proof thats not in gran turismo or txrzero and I'll take your word for it.

AE86 refers to the chassis, just like for hondas the generation 3 integra type r is the DC2 chassis, 92-95 civic hatchbacks are the EG6 etc etc.
That would be a cool body though :)

the vette, in r/c, and in real life! normally asperiated v-8 small block power! no replacement for displacement! the r/c body handles nice too, but its not a ROAR leagal body:contract:
