Well I drove my car 20 feet up the side of a tree and long story short....

(rear wheel axle)

So my local hobby shop is out of new ones until next week so I did my best to straighten it, can I do any damage by driving my car on an almost straight rear axle?

The only damage you could cause is excessive wear on the slots in the cup.

Well I would think that at speed this would cause extreme wobble, which would go into the diff cup and could cause severe damage to the diff cup and possibly the diff. A few hundredths of an inch off is all it take to throw something turning that fast out of balance.

The diff outdrive bearings and your wheel bearings.
