Anyone have any ideas on how to convert standard 1.9 wheels to a beadlock for a scale rig?
 
Could get some axial rings and hardware of your choice, drill and top the wheel itself, then assemble.
 
Kind of what I was guessing. I remember articles for the MRC 1.9 faux beadlocks.
