Battery problem

I discharged my 7.2v 2 cell 3000mah battery down to 1.1v and now it does not charge, is there anything I can do?

You can try charging it in nimh mode to bring it back up. Try to get the cells back closer to 3v, then stop there. Keep an eye on each cell. You don't want one of them going over 4.2v. Then it should be able to be charged normally. Don't walk away from it though, because if you do, and it overcharges one of the cells...

You'll also want to check the internal resistance of each cell to make sure you didn't damage it too bad. That battery will be at higher risk of going poof now that you've damaged it.

You have to act fast, put the charger in NiMh mode and disconnect the balance port... do this for about 1 min to let the voltage go above 3.0v/cell and then finish putting the battery in storage mode by hooking up the balance port and switching the charger back into LiPo mode.

If the battery has sat for too long with voltage low (typically a week or more), then shunts may form and can cause a fire hazard.

If you can't get the voltage to rebound, then discard the battery.

Also consider enabling LVC in the future or invest in an LVA

You can try the trick that these guys are suggesting but it will permanently damage your battery. It'll be weaker and it will have a much higher risk of fire.
I have some lipos that went down to around 1V because of a broken charger. While I got them charged up to a normal voltage, they are severely unbalanced and I can not hit full throttle because the car instantly goes into LVC due to high internal resistance.

Try charging it in Nimh mode and see if you can get the voltage up. I would definately try to charge/balance this thing a few times outside. If you get any hint of it charging funny I would throw it out.
