I made a few GP1100's 7 cells for my RC18t. Are you suppose to discharge them when they go low and then peak charge? Some say you don't have to discharge NIMH batteries because they will not lose memory.
 
You will bet more punch from your cells if you discharge them first. It wont hurt not to but its the preferred method.

If a cell or pack hasn't been used in a while it may not take a maximum charge until it has been charged and discharged a few times. This is called cycling.
