hey does anybody know of a higher power battery for the revo , to put in the truck , i dont find that the stock one lasts long enough

Are you running two steering servo's? What kind of run time are you getting? What charger are you using? I could make a few recommendations but would rather hear those answers first.

i would like to know the same thing! my battery dosen't seem to last long either

everything is stock , servos , charger that came with th revo 3.3 about an hour run time , not long enough for me , maybe just an extra battery could be useful

Yeah, an hour is about right. You can get a higher capacity battery and you may need a different charger for it. Going to one servo for steering will help as well, but having a extra battery around will be the cheapest way.

hey so the one servo for steering , would that up my run time by alot, and how much does a good one cost about,

With the two stock servo's they are always fighting each other no matter how good you set them up. A better charger will help condition the batteries and will charge them properly to get better life out of a pack. You cab get a decent servo $50 or up to $110 depending how much you want to spend. An hour is not bad though with the included charger and the two servo setup. There's always lipo's too.

what do you mean how i set them up , i havent touched the servos yet .

whoever sets them up....even if our resident jet mechanic tinkered with it for 5 days and 10 nights he couldn't get them to not fight each other at some point.....jet has the right idea, it just depends on how deep your pockets are....if you aren't a serious racer then you can stick to the 50-60 dollar range...remember if you jump up to digital servos you will need to upgrade your radio...then you will need to get the larger battery packs anyway to keep your run times up (digitals are stronger and faster than analog servos but they drain batts faster)......this is a "HOBBY" right?....LOL.....check out the manufacturer's sites and get some product info...get edumacated on this stuff and then make a decision that you feel suits you.....you have an awsome rig to build up or just keep it stock and enjoy the ride.....

ya , I'm not really a racer just bashing fun , but I'm going to stick with the stock servos and get an extra battery then , since my pockets at the instance is kind of empty , but good advice for the futur

thanks guys, great answers
