to the passenger side of the chassis so i can reach in the wheel well to flip it on.
 
On top of the steering servo. I CA'd it.

Not that the switch gets any use sitting up on his shelf, LOL!!!!:hehe:

I say mount the switch any where it is easy for you to get to but out of harms way, some thin two sided sticky tape works well...
 
well i was looking at mine last night and stuck mine in one of the cut outs on the frame (if you will)
 
I guess your right its not needed since it gets its power from the Battery that you plug in
