I can visualize "Hard turn", but not familiar w/"Chatter" (except wrt/machine tools?). Is that the rear axle loading/unloading - not smooth transition?

Must confess that the Optima was 4wd w/diffs all around, so not sure how much would cross over to RWD Spools.

Right so rather than traction roll or slide the back end almost vibrates/hops as you push it into the corner.
No question 4wd is a whole different animal compared to most things I drive.
 
When I used to run ovals with my Optima (only turning left), I'd increase the spring force on LF/RR, and back off RF/LR. That helps transfer traction to that outside/right rear on the turns. On road courses, I'd set the fronts and rears the same. If you try it, let me know what you think.

I was reading through this again just for comparison. My heaviest spring overall is the rf. Soft Lf. For ease of explanation lets call it m on the left r, and med light on the right rear.
Quite literally the opposite of your set up, with probably closer to balanced spring rate in the back.. As mentioned though I have zero front drive so nothing is pulling fwd in the equation.
