Would you go for 5000 (60C), 6500 (60C) or 8000 (100C)?

I am looking at Gens Bashing series.

2 x 3S

How much extra time do I get with 8000 vs 5000 do you think?
Depends on how you drive, but your carrying more weight, which eats up some of that time right out of the gate. Also drives up temps and damage when you crash.

I went from 9000mah to 7200mah and only lost on average 4 minutes when I ran 2x2S in my e-revo. Similar when going from 6200mah to 5000mah 3Sx2 in my savage flux hp and outcast 6s.

You'd be better off buying 4 3s 5000mah packs in the long run instead of 2 3s 8000mah packs.

Agreed, It's better to have a spare set of batteries with you, than one set of large capacity...swap batteries and your good to go.

I like smaller capacity LiPos for the weight, they are usually heavier when they have a larger capacity such as 8000mAh. I would choose the 5000mAh LiPos and buy an extra set to swap out when the previous set hits LVC. 6500mAh would also work good.
