Are your passwords secure?

Came across a security infographic relating to passwords as well as some fairly recent computer attacks on websites. One of the most interesting things I found on the infographic was the password length and complexity and how long it takes to break those passwords.

If the numbers are right then I guess I can sleep a little better at night knowing that all of my passwords fall within the 9 - 14 character range including numbers, lower and upper case as well as symbols.

Moral of the story... use strong passwords guys. It's easy to use secure passwords, even easier once you create your own system to remembering them!

Thats a good tip woodie and all of my important passwords like bank, paypal etc fall into that catagory as well. Of course working in the IT feild gave me some insight into the importance of having secure passwords. I do admit that my non-critical sites I sign up for I do use a much easier password system for them because well if my forum password gets hacked for example the worst thing thats gonna happen is you guys might think I've suddenly becamed possessed or something if I start posting crazy crap lol.

I use "password" for all mine BUT I ad 123 to the end to really set it off...
