I am thinking if i put different 0.18 OS into the same truck, would i get the same result?

if your asking if they have the same power ..no i belive you have in hp from least to most
cvr , tm ,tz ... the .18tz being 1.8hp but i saw an artical where they dyno'd it at like 2.2hp ...if your asking about footprint size ..i belive they would all be the same except maybe for heatsink size

The .12, .15 and .18 take up the same footprint, just as retard said (gotta milk it for what it's worth ... no pun intended because of yout avatar lol). The bore/stroke is what differentiates the displacement and the cooling head of the 18's are larger. 12's and 15's depend on manufacturer for cooling head design but in general they're not that far off.

All it takes is money. How much horsepower did you want to buy(lol)

I think most of us are like Tim the tool man taylor. MORE POWER.

OS is the way to go. good horsepower excellent reliablity
