Ar44 servo mount

I am building a set of AR44 scx10ii axle housings and ordered the following parts.

The diff cover installs like a trx4. The servo mount installs on the back side of the front housing. The problem is that the screws aren't long enough to reach the diff cover while going through the servo mount. Did I order the wrong servo mount? If so, what is the correct one? Thank you

The screw head bottoms out before starting into the diff cover

But that scx10.2 doesn’t come with an axle mounted servo right? So the covers would just come with standard screws not compensating for the added length of the axle mounted servo bracket?

It looks like it lines up and the parts are fitting together correctly in the pic. Am I missing something that you're pointing out?

But even with longer screws, that looks tweaked. Is something putting it in a twist on the servo mount?

You're trying to assemble parts from 3 different manufacturers. Often you have to get creative, like having a supply of various screws on hand for modding.

Just need to pick up some longer screws. In this hobby it's good to pick up extras.

I am going to go to the hardware store tomorrow to pick up some longer screws and try them. I have a lot of screws, but not any 2.5 diameter.

The mount fits perfectly, I just set it on there for the picture.
