I don't see this show last for more than one season, but it sure does glue you to your seat. Last nights episode was intense.

For you that, don't know what it is, let me go look up some info...

http://abc.go.com/primetime/lost/

Looks like they are going to play the 2hr pilot again on the 15th of this month. Anyway just curious if anyone else was into the show.

I've seen every episode but one. The series started off well. I got hooked pretty quick. But I have to say that it has lost it's momentum lately. I suppose it's getting better now that they're actually gettin on with the plot. But for the last 4-5 weeks it's been pretty lame. Good premise, marginal execution.

i watch it all the time. the lasts weeks one was great. when i thought umm whats his name the guy that was with the pregnant lady, when i thought he was dead, whoo then he came back to life.. it was great.

That guy's name is Charlie I think.

Candyman, that's one of the weird things about TiVo, you NEVER miss and episode. It's a double edged sword cause when "rerun season" comes there is nothing to watch.

Yeah, the last 3-4 weeks have been slow. If you noticed every main character had an episode dedicated to their background. Jack had two episodes. I don't think the story of the island has enough meat to it. As soon as we know the island's secret, it's all over. That why I see this as the first and last season of Lost.

Sadly, with just a little more effort, the story of the island itself could be rather interesting. Unfortunately there has been little development. At the beginning they teased the hell out of us making it seem like they had crashed onto the island with Jurassic Park on it. Like they were all snacks for some huge never-before-seen monsters that time forgot. Hell, there was even a big mutant polar bear in the middle of a tropical sea. But now it seems they're just relying on this "we're not alone" thing. Sure, it's interesting. But there HAS to be more. If not, this series will flop hugely. At one point I was thinking it was going to be something akin to "The Island of Dr. Moreau". Now I'm not sure what the hell is going on. That's what you get for missing an episode or two....

Remember the bald guy who was wheelchair bound until the crash (he's keeping it a secret)?? Did you see the episode where it looked like he was going to be eaten by one of those things that they never let use see? In the end he was still alive, but episodes later he said that he had looked into the eye of the island and it was beautiful. And what about Jack's dad? where did his corpse go? when he finally found the coffin it was empty.

There is still a lot to tell, but I didn't think we'd see the french woman so soon. I'm not sure if it's a Dr. Moreau or supernatural beasts or if the island itself is supernatural.

They have me glued to my seat though.

I thought it was some kind of dinosaur show, kind of like a remake of Land of the Lost. I mean come on, there was a giant polar bear on the island!!!
