Anyone Run PRO-LINE Powerstroke SHOCKS?

thinking ium going to eventually need shocks as i have found this bmx track that is pretty much vacant. i had to clean up everything out there but the kitchen sink. it is the place were i blew 4 shocks out (stock) zandor is hooking me up with another set. blessing to him.

I'm wondering whats the word on these powerstroke shocks. good or bad? worth the money? about $100 shipped.

I was curious too... the idea of having a pregresive spring with a bypass shock on an rc car is great... not sure how it will work on the savage though.. hopefully someone can shed some light.
 
well they are t-maxx shocks but I'm running nova towers i have flat land desert here and then there is a bmx track with nice jumps, but my driving skills aren't that great and the jumps are narrow. you know the rest. my body is destroyed and holding together with the wonderful invention of a thing called a stapler.
 
lol staples eh? hehe yeah i knew you'd need the nova towers. thats cool that you stumbled on a bmx track. I wish i could find something like that.. good luck.. I'm curious to see the results.
 
I think someone tried them a while back. AC48 i think. He said he didnt like them.

The stock springs are designed for a light truck like the T-Maxx. If you want to use them on a heavier truck like the Savage or like in my case, the MGT, you need to get the extra firm spring set. The white and black springs.

Nope wasn't me that used them...I used Hot Bodies full size shocks and they weren't very smooth compared to the stockers. Best shocks I used for the savvy were the stock ones.

I believe rbmaxxbasher has them on his tmaxx...you may wanna PM him. I'm not sure if he will read this thread..i dont think he has a savage.
