Anyone know if this claim is true?

I guess if it wasn't true, it could be considerd false advertisement.

It can be made to go that fast if the gearing was set correctly.

I saw an article in RCCA action on those. They got it near 70, but said that it took a long ass time to do it, where as the Schumacer (sp?) did 1 less mph, but like 10 less seconds to get there.

LOL.
By the time you get it up to speed, your out of range!
I'd rather have a car that can go 0-50 in three seconds, than a car that will do 0-70 in 10 seconds.

I saw that article too. I was wondering if this was the same car. So I guess it does (can?) go 75.

i have a cen ct4s (the one your talking about). goes really fast not sure if it exactly goes 74 on my box it says 73.4+

I still have a hard time believeing it, but if CEN says it, It HAS to be true..

true it would be out of range. when i try to get my k46 up to top speed i have to make it pass me or i'll get out of range doing it any other way. the jrxs3 radio and novak xxtra receiver i beleive only get about 1000ft range and when it's out of range the ofna failsafe locks the breaks and it doesn't move at all.

there was a funny video of a guy in a huge parking lot testing some ungodly fast machine and he went out of range at top speed nad his fail safe locked the brakes up and sent the thing flying into the infinity cartwheel......anyone have a link or have that video....that was some funny stuff......
