anyone buy tools from this guy?

i was thinking about buying one of these drill presses. i had a nice floor model i got from a local auto shop that went out of business. my garage was broken into and my shop pilfered while on vacation. i am going to get money from insurance, but not enough to replace everything like it was.

has anyone bought something off this guy on ebay before? if so how s the quality of the tools?

he has some amazing prices on stuff ...like a drill press for like $45 shipped? the drill pressess are made my ameican forge so who knows how good they are but for small time hobby use what ya guys think?

I'm in need of replacing a drill press, table saw, and scroll saw or band saw. i had both a scroll and band but dont think i can get both again cause of cost. they even took my extension cords.

now i only use this stuff for hobby type/yard stuff, so i wont need a 16" delta d.p. but i dont want some hunk o junk that the motor will burn out in a few months.

anyone have any of these used for sale? anyone live in vegas and ever go to Super Pawn? www.superpawn.com wild prices but buying site unseen used bothers me a bit.
