Any NY smokers here?

Personally I think this is a step in the right direction. Of course I say this because I am not a smoker. I think if other states follow this it will be better for every one in the long run. Maybe in some way this might help with underage smoking too. What are your thoughts on this?

We have the same laws in CA,
I can't say its a bad thing but its a bit much. You can't smoke inside a building, excluding you home, at any time.
In CA if you are standing outside and someone asks you to put out a smoke, its the law, you must. This has created a group of cigarette Nazis that seek out places to cause issues.

Over all its a good thing.

Well Ed they need to ban males from smoking pole in your state also but I doubt that will ever happen. X
