any Knowledge on the thunder tiger TS4N?

just need some knowledge about my new car... anyone know of the top speed??:D
 
my carb has got stuck and wil not move when i rev... i have take it out and there is nothing there that it can be making it sick...any sugestions??
 
thunder tiger TS4N fule problem!

i have a thunder tiger TS4N and when i start it i do the usual blockin the exhaust but whel i let go and then start it...it justu sues the fule thats gone into the carb...it wont pull more threw unless i block the exhaust.. help me please. and does anyone know the standard settings for the 3 screws??

Factory settings: high speed Needle- 2 1/2 Turns out from all the way in, low speed needle 2-2 1/2 turns out, the idle should have about a one mm gap (you can see this if you take the air filter off).

The top speed is around 40MPH, but that's in an ideal situation, and if this is your first car you won't need that much speed. Here's the manual for it:

and as for your fuel not getting to the carb issue, it sounds as though there's an air leak somewhere, or the fuel lines are blocked, or the Idle is too low. And as for the car not moving when you rev, it sounds like your clutch may be gone. If we could have some pictures that would be great :)
