:redbuggy: I've got about a solid acre I can use for a track with pwr and a pond on the premsis also. Tryn to get a little spot goin..just wanted to check for intrest.:cheers:
 
I live in Charlotte....I don't want to build a track there, but I'd sure go there to run on it!
 
Since your on the topic of building a track. What kind of insuranse are you eexpected to carry on a small rc race track, if you plan on running it like a bussiness. I am consulting with some friends about doing this in Louisiana, and this is a major question we are still looking for answers for.
 
I'm interested in the unsurance too. I've been looking for a peice of land to build an off road 1/8th scale truck/buggy track here in NJ close to home. There are only 3 real tracks by me but all are an hour away.

Do you guys have any designs or plans for a track?
