i usually just lick my 2 fingers "thumb and index" and tightly pull it through my fingers making it as straight as possible,then push it through the tube. usually it feeds rite through.

i'm with doug, i don't use anything to get my antennas through and i have never had any issues

Spit's done me well for over 20 years. And it evaporates. Anything else just seems like too much effort for such an extremely simple procedure.

My secret i got all my friends doing is using a pice of fishing line. Not no damn 20 pound test just some 4 pound will do nicely. Thread it through and tie it to the atenna and pull it threw. Bam you done. And if your a fishing fool like me you have boxes of line laying around this is a great use for it. And I'm shure a 300yard spool for 5$ is alot cheaper than wire.
