The track I run on only requires me to use 1/4 of the throttle, not much more. After running today, the temp is still just a tad high.
To bring the temp down do I need to richen the LSN or HSN ?
Keeping in mind I'm running the track just blipping the throttle most of the way around. This is the closest I have ever had an engine running so well. The last two weekends have been great. I just need to get this last bit of fine tuning done. Thanks.

If you are only running at 1/4 throttle I believe that you would want to richen your LSN just a little bit. That should do it. Other people please correct me if I am wrong.

I,m not sure either, but I would think it's the other way around. If he richens up the LSN, he'll lose the bottom end. He definitely needs the bottom end if only running 1/4 throttle.

I am just going off of what he said that his temps are running too high roadrunner. If temps are running too high than the natural action is to lean a little bit I believe.

To reduce temps you would have to richen up. To increase temps, you lean it out. In his case, he should richen up the HSN just a tad.

That's what I was thinking RR. I heard somewhere that once things are running fairly well, all I should really need to play with is the HSN. The LSN is managing my fuel flow good right now, just a little warm. If I give it just a bit more fuel (richen the HSN side), I should be golden. Think how rich you could be if you made an engine that performs like these .21 and up engines, but only had one adjustment. Speed, power and simplicity. Thanks to all for the help.

Richen it up a hair. At that throttle setting it shouldn't take much.
