when you buy aluminum hop ups can u buy just say the shock tower or the arms or do u have to buy every thing like bulkhead and hubs

You can buy one part at a time. Or you can get it all together. If you can find it in one package you might get it cheaper then buying one by one. I'd also check ebay, you can usually get cheap upgrade parts for whatever rc you are using.
