So today my dad was in a hobby shop in Portland, and said that the guy had a T-Maxx that just looked old as hell. He said that all the arms were metal, but looked like steel or titanium, and it had steel drive shafts all around, as well as steel looking skids all over. He said it was beat to hell, but he doesn't think it looks like aftermarket stuff. I've never heard of steel arms, and dont see why people would want the weight? Does anybody know if there was ever some weird version of the T-maxx that was decked out like this or anything? We're just trying to figure out what it is to see if its some RC history or a POS that weighs 40lbs some guy made in his garage? Any help is appreciated :D

As far as Tmaxx's go they all had plastic arms originally, more than likely it is somebody's frankenstein that they left in the weather:) Are you in Newberg Ryan? I am in Beaverton just checking....

Well my dad just bought it and will be home soon so Ill get to see it :) And yeah I'm in Newberg. Do you know of any tracks or local bashing spots that are pretty popular?
