I seem to be spending a lot of money on parts for my slayer i run it daily love it to death but having to buy new plastic parts is so retarded should i go with some aluminum parts? apart from the cost i can buy a few at a time and maybe these will be great addition to the car.

What do you guys think?

It really just depends on what parts you wanna replace with aluminum in my opinion. Any thing in particular?

Lower arms front and back and front and rear bumper i mean i think this will be a good investment but i want you guys opinion before i spend money on it.

Id do stuff like knuckles and tierods in aluminum but stick with RPM stuff for the suspension arms.

ok, thanks for your suggestions.

Personally, I would stick with the plastic unless you're looking to lighten your truck. The plastic is designed to bend and break, disapating the shock so you don't break something important

I am with SNG totally on this one. I would not do A-arms in aluminum. They are expensive and break too easy. RPM all the way!

i would say stick with plastic but i wish rpm would make arms for the slayer

I think aluminum arms are totally worthless for anything other than a blinged out shelf queen. They add a bunch of weight, they will bend when you hit something, and once bent they will never be right again. When you do hit something you will transfer the shock and damage to another area, usually a more expensive and more difficult to replace area. So I would advise against aluminum arms.
