looks pretty sweet but i am not going to pay $449.99 for it. i would rather stick with either a $49.95 R/C Raven racing chassis or try one of those carbon fiber chassis on eBay that are like $40.00

I hear ya Maxx, that's alot on $$$. It's like these combination shock towers/diff cases/bulkheads that I think unlimited engineering make for the T-Maxx. Something like $525 for the set. I saw a set last weekend. Sweet, but expensive. They are made from solid billet aluminum and when you're done, you have this bullet proof piece that serves as shock tower, bulkhead and diff case all in one.

EDIT: Found it. Man these things are sweet.

THat sounds like a nice chassis but for that price is better suck my u know what, take out the trash and do the dishes:clap:

Yeah the VBS system from UE is sweet but unless you've got money to burn, no thanks for the price. I do like the fact that UE gives a Military Discount.

I'll have to admit I think that's the damn prettiest thing I ever seen for a Maxx, but I'm right with everybody else. Too much dough. And that's sayin a lot coming from me with my high $$ project.

$30 for a set of bulks, $25 for al shock tower, $25 for al diff case = $80 X2 = $160... this is a lot less than the $550.

Also, when I bend a shock tower, it isn't going to cost me $275 to replace it!
