hi all, getting old gear out and found my radio is missing the battery bay cover, would anyone have a lead on one by change? also possibly looking for an m8 or the updated spektrum module for it! thanks guys

Are you attached to that radio?

You can get some pretty good digital transmitters for about $60 these days. More channels, easy to use too. There are some very basic ones that are in the $25 range.

Flysky and Radio Link are decent and inexpensive.

Agreed what @Jerold said above

Although I disagree on the radiolink. Had bad luck them and I don't want others to deal with the same issues i had.

Flysky, futaba, sanwa or the newest radiomaster mt12 are all great.

Personally running a nb4 plus flysky for my track cars and a futaba 3pv for my bashers and they are way more better than my old problematic radiounlink stuff. (Ps, radiolink makes DumboRC remotes which I would also stay away from that brand too, sadly)

I'm with the others here. The radios available today, even the budget ones, are much better than the old FM tech stuff. 2.4ghz is where it's at. And you can grab a FlySky GT3B radio with a receiver for around $40 or less.

But if you're dead set on sticking with that 3PS, you'll have to keep your eye on ebay. Do a search for 3ps, and save the search on ebay. Then you will be notified if anybody lists anything 3PS.

We got a few flysky's, not happy with them, but i bought em for 40$ each, eventually I'm going to upgrade to something better!
