Consider Pactra Acryl. It (like Faskolor) is a water-based paint. So it's easy to clean up. You can thin it with water if you want. But it's pretty thin already. And like Silent said, you can paint indoors without killing everyone.
I also like faskolors. They do seem to spray a little thinner, and drier than pactra, but to me there easier to work and control while spraying. I do paint indoors with it, but still wear a mask.
Another alternative to pactra and faskolor that is also water based is Createx and Createx Auto-Air both are easily found at most craft or automotive paint shops or easily at most online airbrush suppliers.
as for thinning these water based paints their are several formulas out there some use straight tap water others distilled water and some of the pros swear by a 50/50 mix of isopropyl alcohol(70%) and water while others use either straight windex or a mix of 50/50 windex and water. again there is not preset ratio as each color will need to be thinned at different amounts.

Yeah I just got some creatix and it seemed to lay down pretty good. Very much like faskolor where it seems to be a little thicker and drier to spray but still good stuff.
You can get Faskolor right off Towerhobbies.com.. They have every color you need.
I dont like faskolor at all, my paint of choice is Pactra Acryl, it shoots much nicer and much more evenly than parma, it dries quicker too. It's water based just as parma is but imo its a much better paint.
You should be able to find Createx at a Michael's craft store or AC Moore. I also get mine from a commercial art store.
If you can't find them locally, I would recommend the Pactra Acryl again if you can find that at your LHS.
