Prob the tank lid or you have a pin hole in your fuel line. What rig you running? 99% of the time it is your lid on your fuel tank it has a small o ring that is pron to going bad. Best way to check is remove the fuel tank put it under water and plug one fuel inlet with your finger and attach a piece of fuel line to the other and blow if you see air bubbles there's your prob. Remember if you can cause your fuel tank lid to leak by blowing then your engine can cause it to leak your engine is producing 50-70 pounds of pressure.

No have not got it to run long enough to burn any thing I did have to take fuel lines loose from tank to pull motor to replace pull cord it broke after the fifth or sixth time pulling it but from the first time of starting it would not stay running.

You could have a small tear by the nipple that is allowing the air in. Another possibility is the fuelline could have rubbed against your clutchbell and worn a small hole into the line. Fuel line is cheap enough so replace and if you still have problems than really look at the gascap and associated gaskets.

Mine is producing air in the line without running? Bubble bubble any answers?

@Joehpi, you're trying to get answers from members that posted 11 years ago. Please make note of the thread dates before dragging them out of basement storage. Fortunately, most of us use face masks to protect us from the dust you brought up.
